RolaDek Tough Tiger

JustMats have recently introduced a new colour option to their RolaDek aluminium entrance matting system. The Bristle Filament range now includes Tough Tiger – a superior finished Coir like colour carpet insert tread. Tough Tiger bristle filament is comprised of solution dyed polypropylene fibres fusion bonded to continuous two ply rigid backing. The carpet fibres are waterproof and incorporate UV inhibitors for exterior use. 

The primary goal of the RolaDek mat is to achieve a functional system that contains moisture and debris on an ongoing basis. The Tough Tiger carpet tread cleans mud, dirt and water from shoes. It is imperative to create a well designed system which plays a pivotal role in providing a safe, clean, green and attractive entryway and interior environment. The aluminium perforated tread rails collect large quantities of mud, dirt and water. This effective operation will significantly reduce maintenance costs by scraping off the mud, dirt and dust at the first point, trapping the majority of dirt which falls through the perforated holes to the bottom of the mat well at the next point and then finishing off by cleaning and drying shoes.

Technological advancement of the RolaDek matting system provides an easy to clean mat that rolls back 180 degrees, custom fabrication, male and female rubber edging for trimming on site and a rolling load tested to 160 kg/wheel.
